Meet Blaise Waggoner, Owner & Operator
I am a french-american Parisian who lived in Cairo and Madrid for years.
I earned my Associate Degree in Hotel Management, which I have applied to my career in Property Management.
My love for Real Estate and Property Management started in Paris, France while working in famous French hotels in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood like: Le Bel Ami and Real Estate companies like Guy Hoquet.
I started out in 2014 in Washington, DC in a high-end new construction building on 14th street and have made my way to Property Manager with that same company.
In addition, I own & operate Mainstay Rentals as a boutique rental management company.
I possess strong social skills and am fluent in French, English & Spanish.
As a rental property owner myself, including several overseas, I know first hand how important a strong property manager is to long-term, successful real estate investment returns.
I am a self-taught man who lives by the motto "treat people like you want to be treated.”
