• Property Management Services: 8% or $250 whichever is greater

• Leasing Fee for Managed Units: 1/2 month rent or $1,000, whichever is greater

• Leasing Fee for Non-Managed Units: one month rent

• Lease Renewal Fee: $500 for one year or longer lease extensions

• BBL: We can obtain a one-family Basic Business License (BBL) and Rent Control Exception for our property management clients. The cost for a one-family license is $750, all DCRA fees included.
